Publicity/Marketing

The POPplanet team has over 15 years experience in promoting and publicizing LGBT events that have attracted from 100 to over 5,000 people each at events throughout the United States, with emphasis in the Southwest US. We work collaboratively or independent of venues as needed to help increase awareness and visibility, including media, public relations, marketing collateral/flyers, online marketing, and word of mouth.

Promotional Tie-Ins

The POPplanet team has worked with a wide variety of promotional partners including: record labels (Universal: Interscope, Island Def Jam, Universal Republic; Sony: Columbia, Epic, Jive, RCA; Capitol/EMI: Capitol, EMI, Astralwerks; Warner Bros. Records; Hollywood Records); movie studios/agencies (Warner Brothers, Paramount, Disney, Fox, Summit, Lionsgate, Universal, ScreenGems, FilmDistrict, Weinstein, Men Next Door); television (MTV, Bravo, CW, ABC, NBC, Fox, Logo); concerts (Live Nation, AEG/Goldenvoice, Nederlander, Bill Silva Presents); products (Stoli Vodka, TLA Videos, Lady Gaga's Fame perfume); and more more. Promotions are a fantastic way of improving word-of-mouth of products and shows, along with increasing attendance at events.

Social Media

The POPplanet team is well versed in social media (FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, email, text and Google+). One example was taking a FaceBook club page from less than 100 people to over 15,000 people.

Entertainment

POPplanet works with a number of DJs, hosts and performers. For POPplanet or those who have worked with POPplanet, we have helped book acts to perform like Bebe Rexha, Tyler Glenn of Neon Trees, American Idol's Jessica Sanchez, Lady GaGa, Alexis Jordan, Kristinia DeBarge, Shangela, Courtney Act, Chad Michaels, America's Got Talent's Daniel Joseph Baker, Logo's Jonny McGovern, and many others.

Back-Office Management

The POPplanet team isn't just about the marketing and entertainment. It has had the expertise to handle budgets, financials, tax filings, and the other key aspects involved to make a full-service event happen and succeed.
